The Game Ownership Bonus was added with the Mafia II: Definitive Edition and is available to any player who owns either Mafia: Definitive Edition or Mafia III: Definitive Edition. The My2K Account Bonus is available with the Mafia II: Definitive Edition for any player who links their game to a valid My2K account.
With the release of Mafia II: Definitive Edition, the packs are included with the game. These have since been made available to all players as separate DLCs. Mafia II originally had 4 pre-order bonuses in the form of vehicle and clothing packs.
